Terms of service

All services provided through Thirty-Eight Fifty, LLC are prepaid and shall be prepaid in full before service plans can be started on and completed. Once service fees have been paid in full and services have commenced, there will be NO refunds. Refunds will be optional ONLY in cases where our company is overwhelmed with service plan requests, in which case the client and or sponsor will be notified and given the option of a refund.

• With regards to our EARLY RELEASE/CLEMENCY PREPARATION & CAMPAIGN 

PACKAGES, Thirty-Eight Fifty, LLC, its staff, and all assisting associates, strictly stand to assist our clients with the preparation of content for petitions/applications and promotional campaign material as outlined in the individual package plans. Thirty-Eight, Fifty, LLC and its staff are non-attorney personnel, and cannot represent clients in either a court of law or legal matters. 

• With regards to our SELF-PUBLISHING ASSISTANCE PACKAGES, Clients reserve all

rights associated with copyrights in the process. Thirty-Eight Fifty, LLC, its staff, and all assisting associates, strictly stand to assist our clients with their self-publishing projects, and therefore waive any claims to intellectual property rights derived in the course of self-publishing assistance, unless otherwise expressed during the process of self-publishing assistance.

• With regards to our PROJECT PROMOTION PACKAGES, Thirty-Eight Fifty, LLC, its staff,

and all assisting associates strictly stand to assist our clients with the promotion of their projects. Thirty-Eight Fifty, LLC, its staff, and all assisting associates, shall NOT be included in the client's promotional campaign material unless otherwise expressed by means of mutual agreement with the client and sponsor (if any). 

The client/sponsor hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Thirty-Eight Fifty, LLC, its staff, and all assisting associates from any liability in connection with our service provisions. The client further assumes ALL rights, obligations, and liability as the sole beneficiary of the chosen service provisions.

The client/sponsor hereby agrees to cover the cost, in its entirety, to have third party sources such as the "Better Business Bureau" investigate any claims of error and or general dispute. The client/sponsor further agrees to cover the cost, in its entirety, to have the matter heard in a court of law in the event the hearing is necessary.
